Julia Jaguscik is a Polish middle‑distance runner whose athletic journey began at the age of 15. She entered the sport through combined events, spending her first two years training in the 100 m hurdles and pentathlon, which helped build a strong technical and physical foundation. Driven by her passion and talent for endurance and speed, she later decided to fully commit to middle‑distance running, where she continues to push her limits at the highest level.
Over the years, Julia has established herself as one of Poland’s most consistent and successful athletes. She is a 12‑time Polish Championship medalist, including 7 national titles, reflecting her long‑term excellence and competitiveness on the national stage. On the international level, she achieved an impressive 5th place at the European U23 Championships, confirming her ability to perform among Europe’s elite young athletes.
Currently, Julia trains between Warsaw (Poland) and Salamanca (Spain), benefiting from diverse training environments and international coaching expertise. Her career is driven by discipline, ambition, and a constant desire to evolve—both as an athlete and as a competitor on the global stage.
